Carlos Falchi's designs have influenced the market since 1980 when WWD declared his Buffalo Satchel "the most copied bag in the inudstry." His handbags can be distinguished by his iconic collages designed with an extraordinary range of multicolored excotic skins. Currently his collections can be found at retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdales, and Intermix.

This year, Carlos Falchi and Artisan House are participating in a really exciting event: The Independent Handbag Designer Awards presented by Handbag Designer 101 and InStyle Magazine. Winner of the “Best Student Made Handbag Using the colors of vitaminwater,” will be awarded an apprenticeship with Carlos Falchi and the winner of the “Best Handbag in Overall Style and Design,” will get to work with Carlos Falchi on a handbag, in addition to having the opportunity to develop a capsule collection for Saks Fifth Avenue and a feature in the September issue of InStyle!

Artisan House, our parent company is also participating by sponsoring the Artisan House Award. The winner will get the opportunity to create a limited edition collection for Isabella Fiore by collaborating with the design team, in addition to receiving a feature in the September issue of InStyle.
